Treatment options

Antibiotics for inflammation. Salivary stones can be treated conservatively. Tumour treatment for malignant causes.

Surgery: Removal of stones (sialendoscopy) or tumours. In some cases, gland removal may be necessary.

After the procedure

Postoperative monitoring. Adjustment of treatment depending on the diagnosis.
